User agreement related to selection

Customers may be enabled to use this selection program, including the electronic documents, drawing data, and image data related thereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as "this service") by agreeing to the license agreement specified below. Use of this service takes it as given that the user has accepted the license agreement.

1. Purpose of using this service

This service can be used only for the purpose of manufacturing or designing equipment or machines that use products from Nippon Thompson Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or with the first person plural).

2. Copyright

The copyright of all information, including texts and photos, etc., on this service belongs to us and is protected by the Copyright Act. Unless the consent of the copyright holder has been obtained, uses including reproduction, modification, uploading, display, transmission, distribution, sale, or publication, etc., of this information beyond the scope of private use or of other purposes explicitly permitted by law are prohibited.

3. Disclaimer

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of this service or unavailability of this service with regard to customers or other third parties. While we endeavor to keep all information on this service up to date and correct, misprints or inaccuracies may occasionally be found. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage arising from bugs or errors.

4. Non-guarantee

With regard to the selection results, calculation results, etc. provided by this service, we do not guarantee the conformity, commercial adaptability, suitability, or reliability of any of these results for the specific purposes of the customer.

5. Applicable laws

All matters relating to the use of this service shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

6. Others

The company may make changes to this agreement without notice. The revised agreement will become effective immediately as of the time when it is uploaded to the website provided by this service subsequent to changes.
