IKO Precision Elevating Table TZ performs precision positioning in the vertical direction by using a wedge mechanism, developed using IKO Linear Ways, which achieves both high accuracy and high rigidity while maintaining a compact size.

High precision and high rigidity
The arrangement of two roller-type linear motion rolling guides (C-Lube Linear Roller Way Super MX) in parallel for the wedge mechanism allows for high precision positioning and an improved rigidity.
High positioning accuracy
Accomplishes higher positioning accuracy due to full-closed loop control by a linear encoder.
Maintenance free
Maintenance-free for 5 years or 20,000 km by using C-lube lubricating system for the linear motion rolling guides and the ball screw.
Option of two reduction ratios
Wedge reduction ratios of 1:2 and 1:4 are available. This allows a suitable stroke length and resolution to be selected for each application. Furthermore, this enables positioning with up to 24 mm of stroke in the vertical direction.
Equipped with a sensor in the standard specification
In the standard specification, limit, origin, and pre-origin sensors are equipped.
These are incorporated into the main body so external dimensions are minimized, which facilitates easy installation.
