The Panasonic Corporation MVDL driver is available for Nano Linear NT30V; it supports pulse train specifications as well as the EtherCAT and RTEX motion networks. See the table below for driver types and system configuration. Drivers other than the above can also be used. If needed, please contact IKO.

NT・・・V Features

IKO Nano Linear NT is a compact linear motor tablewith excellent functionality. This is achieved via an optical linear encoder (connected to the movable steel table) and stator coil and head for said linear encoder connected to the steel bed. For the guided portion of the table, a C-Lube Linear Way L was used, which has a maintenance-free life of 5 years, or 20,000 km, contributing to the reduction of maintenance time. By adopting high performance neodymium magnets for the rotor, a maximum thrust of 36N is generated, and high-speed, high-response positioning is made possible. Furthermore, since the mechanical contact portion uses only a Linear Way, high cleanliness is realized.
Nano Linear NT is most suitable as a compact positioning mechanism for applications such as semiconductor / liquid crystal related manufacturing equipment, inspection instruments, and other assembly equipment which require a clean environment.
