Remark: The maximum carrying mass is adjusted by the mass when the rating life of the linear motion rolling guide, ball screws, or bearings is 18,000 hours during continuous operation at a number of revolutions of the motor of 3000min-1 and an acceleration/deceleration time of 0.2s. The mass calculated is based upon the basic static load rating of the linear motion rolling guide.

Precision Positioning Table L Features

Precision Positioning Table L is a light weight, long stroke type positioning table in which two rows of high accuracy, high rigidity type IKO Linear Ways are incorporated on a slide table and bed made of high-strength aluminum alloy together with a precision ball screw for the drive mechanism. Parallel arrangement of two sets of Linear Ways achieves stability as well as high running and positional accuracy in addition to high load capacity. Many variations in table sizes and stroke lengths are available. Dedicated XY brackets are also available for this series. Therefore, an assembly such as an X-Y robot can be readily constructed to suit the requirements of each application. With IKO's C-Lube technology integrated in the linear ways, the maintenance work including regreasing of the Linear Ways and the ball screw can be greatly reduced.
This series is widely used and its excellent performance has been verified as a high accuracy positioning mechanism for assembly systems, working machines, measuring instruments, etc.
