TE Features

IKO Precision Positioning Table TE is a lightweight and compact positioning table using a high-strength aluminum alloy for its main components with a slide table assembled inside a U-shaped bed. Use of a Precision ball screw for the feeding mechanism guarantees high reliability and high accuracy positioning. The product is long term maintenance free by integrating IKO's C-Lube internal lubrication system within the linear motion rolling guide and ball screw, reducing the frequency of relubrication. Various specifications such as ball screw lead, motor type and sensor mounting can be configured, so that an ideal positioning table can be created according to usage.
Ideal for a wide range of usages from devices requiring high positioning accuracy to general conveying, such as part processing, assembly, inspection and conveying equipment, etc.
